Food & Drink

The Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020 will offer a choice of over 600 beers, ciders & perries, all served in a choice of 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 or full pints as well as a selection of gins from local artisan producers.

Details of all the drinks will be published before the festival begins with each bar having its own page. Check back to see lists as they are added.

The new Coast To Coast Bars will explore the best of Northern Brewing, exclusively featuring breweries from the Irish Seas to the Yorkshire coast over a 50 metre long bar featuring 156 handpumps.

After 2019’s sell out success, the Beers From The Wood Bar is back with twice the number of beers matured in and served direct from wooden casks.

The Kegstar Bar is also growing with 40 lines of keg & key-keg beers with a changing range throughout the festival.

These will be supplemented by 11 exceptional breweries who will bring their very own brewery bars to the festival – including the return of RedWillow and a first appearance from Yorkshire’s Rooster’s. Click here for details.

In between the main brewery bars, you’ll find more brewers on our seven brewery microbars featuring Brewsmith, Donkeystone, Hawkshead, Joseph Holt, Mallisons, Saltaire and Tapped Brew Co & Bernard.

For 2020, the Cider and Perry Bar joins the #ReThinkCider movement with a choice of over 50 bag in box ciders complemented by some of the finest bottled craft ciders and, for the first time, keg conditioned real cider.

Our Bière Sans Frontières bar will again feature fine beers imported from around the world and this year will be joined by a further selection on the Cave Direct Bar which will feature some of the most popular international craft brewers such as Kona (USA), Lervig (Norway), The White Hag (Ireland) and Collective Arts (Canada).

In between the BSF and Kegstar bars will be the Bottle & Can Bar with a great choice of both UK and International beers in bottles to drink at the festival or take away.

The bottle & can bar is also where you will find a selection of fruit wines and mead.

Finally, to accompany our wide range of drinks, a wide variety of vendors will be on hand providing a range of snacks and food
